These website terms apply to use of deepcleaningservices.qa. The service is operated by Cleanology Qatar, part of Firows Facility Management.
Website information
Service descriptions provide general guidance. The exact cleaning tasks, methods, materials, scheduling and charges are specified in the agreed service quotation.
Quotation and booking
A request by WhatsApp, telephone or email does not itself confirm a booking. Service appointments are subject to written confirmation, scheduling and any applicable payment terms provided in a quotation.
Condition and limitations
Cleaning results depend on surface condition, accessibility, prior damage and the type of deposits present. Permanent stains, corrosion, etched finishes, damaged grout or underlying defects may not be reversible through cleaning.
Specialist work
Unless expressly included, upholstery shampooing, HVAC cleaning, mold remediation, post-fire restoration, repairs, high-access exterior glass and construction debris removal are separate services.
